Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and ink cartridges are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to iPenStore
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
